JOB SUMMARY
We are constantly looking to add new players to business development team in charge of planning sales strategies across multiple verticals. Team members plan activities necessary to grow and retain their customers to recognize opportunities and effectively manage the full sales cycle. They are in charge of reviewing customer business requirements, developing and maintain privileged professional relationships with business stakeholders. Our account manager team are at the forefront of our hosted ip telephony service offering and ensure constant presence in the industry. Every business requirement they face is translated to a success story to our constantly growing customer base.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
• Develop strong business relationships with clients
• Be present in the market by participating in various networking activities and events with clients
• Listen to and understand customer requirements and quickly tanslate them to the proper SBK service offering
• Meet and exceed sales, revenue and business development goals through new customer acquisition.
• Develop account plans to meet and satisfy our customers needs
• Update the CRM tool and present strategic/tactical plans to meet business requirements

Systems and network administrator
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a systems and network administrator to join our Customer experience Center team. The candidate will be called upon to provide second and third level support to our teams and customers in charge of our enterprise cloud solutions.
The candidate will be required to work on server, LAN, WAN and security infrastructure projects for our cloud infrastrcture.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
• Will provide resolution in the event of complex issues in customer deployments.
• Assist team members in resolving more complex issues.
• Diagnose and validate problems based on information provided by customers or team members
• Establish, write and maintain the necessary documentation (procedures and tools).
• Prepare and ensure the execution of test plans and MOPs for any changes or maintenance in the infrastructure
• Will be expected to provide leadership and manager customer escalation if needed.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Skills, experience and education
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients
• Be resourceful and self-sufficient
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French.
• Spirit and teamwork
• Exercise calm and control when dealing with stressful or irritating situations
• Proven experience in solving network problems
• Working knowledge of different ITIL processes and service center tools.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex IP networks (LAN / WAN / MAN)
• University education in a technical field or equivalent training and experience.
• Cisco CCNA certification
• Cisco CCNP certification (an asset)
In-depth knowledge of the following standards, concepts, technologies and software:
• Routing, BGP, OSPF, DMVPN, IPSEC
• Commutation, LLDP_MED, DSCP, 802.1p, 802.1Q, 802.1x. Spanning Tree, VLAN
• VOIP: SIP, RTP, CT, Telephony Flow Analysis, PBX Dial Plans;
• Intermediate Linux knowledge
• Familiarity with the scripting languages "perl, Pyton, BASH, PHP" and XML.
• Excellent knowledge of Cisco products
• Knowledge of security products (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, PFSense)
• Very good knowledge of wireless networks and 802.1
• Good comfort level in configuring and maintaining network monitoring systems (SNMP, health checks).
• Familiar with different network storage technologies (SAN, NFS, etc.).
